Sharing Is Caring Update

In this release, we focused on the game-sharing experience.

We’ve had a lot of feedback on sharing, with one request coming through loud and clear: people wanted a better way to show the path they took (yes, the struggle is real) to find the mystery country—without spoilers.

Many players pointed out how effective emoji indicators are in other games, and we agreed 100%. So today we rolled out a brand-new sharing format.

What’s new

Per-line guesses

Each guess now appears as at least one emoji on its own line, with dual emojis for continent + letter matches.

We’ve added a legend so it’s clear what each emoji means:

Clickable URL

Shared text now includes the full https://locabulary.fun/ URL so it renders as a tappable link for recipients.

Also in this update

We also fixed a few bugs and improved performance and reliability behind the scenes.

One issue some players spotted is now fixed: after completing a game, letter and/or continent badges could sometimes show as “not found” even though you clearly found them by solving the mystery country.
